plainly stated.

What this document covers How NoCard Team handles information associated with Swift Tunnel, our ad-supported VPN and proxy application.
We do not sell personal information or keep logs of your browsing activity.

Our approach starts with collecting less.

Swift Tunnel is built to use only the limited information required to deliver, maintain, secure, and improve the app. NoCard Team does not sell personal information. We do not create profiles based on browsing history, DNS queries, traffic destinations, or content routed through Swift Tunnel.

This policy applies to Swift Tunnel and the related services NoCard Team provides.

Information may come from you or from operating the app.

When you contact us, we may receive the information you decide to provide. That can include your name, email address, support message, attachments, survey answers, and anything else you put in your communication.

This policy does not cover any in-app subscription, paid trial, or direct payment purchase because Swift Tunnel does not process those transactions.

Service identifiers

A device-linked service identifier may be generated by or supplied to the app. It helps us check access, curb misuse, assist users, and maintain a dependable service.

Direct payment information

Swift Tunnel does not collect card numbers, bank details, or direct billing credentials. Advertising providers may process ad identifiers under their own privacy policies.

Your VPN activity is not kept in activity logs.

As a privacy-focused VPN and proxy service, Swift Tunnel does not retain records of sites you visit, data you transmit, DNS requests you make, or destinations your traffic reaches through the service.

We may process a narrow set of operational details that are not intended to reveal your browsing behavior:

  • App version, operating platform, language, and basic device environment used for diagnostics.
  • Events showing whether a connection succeeded or failed, without the content of your browsing.
  • Your chosen region or server location; outgoing IP addresses are not treated as activity logs.
  • Combined bandwidth totals used for service quality, capacity planning, misuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
  • Crash and diagnostic reports when permitted by your settings and applicable law.

Information helps us deliver and improve Swift Tunnel.

We may use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver, operate, maintain, and protect Swift Tunnel.
  • Confirm access to the service, rewards, or other entitlements.
  • Answer support inquiries and send messages related to the service.
  • Investigate crashes, failed connections, performance problems, and patterns of misuse.
  • Make the app more reliable, faster, easier to use, and better designed.
  • Identify, stop, and examine fraud, spam, abuse, and security events.
  • Fulfill legal duties and respond to requests that can be enforced.

Advertising helps support the app.

Swift Tunnel may show ads. External advertising providers may use identifiers, cookies, SDKs, pixels, or comparable technology to serve, measure, limit the frequency of, and improve those ads.

Browsing content carried by Swift Tunnel is not used by us to target advertising. Ad and analytics providers may collect data as described in their own privacy notices. Where supported, your device settings let you reset or restrict advertising identifiers.

We assess legal demands before providing a response.

NoCard Team reviews requests for user information before responding. We may tell affected users when the law allows us to do so. Since Swift Tunnel is designed not to retain activity logs, browsing history, DNS queries, traffic content, and similar activity records requested by another party may not exist in our systems.

We retain information only for as long as there is a need.

Information is kept for the time necessary to provide Swift Tunnel, comply with the law, settle disputes, deter abuse, enforce agreements, maintain business records, and carry out fraud or security reviews.

Once information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. If immediate deletion is not possible—for example, in backup and disaster-recovery systems—we remove it from active use until it can be deleted.

We may retain support conversations to recognize previous issues and provide consistent help. Privacy-related requests can be sent to hangaottc@gmail.com.

Safeguards are used to help keep information protected.

Administrative, organizational, and technical controls are designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Access is restricted to personnel and providers who require the information for their work.

Complete security cannot be guaranteed by any online service. Please contact us promptly if you believe your interaction with Swift Tunnel is no longer secure.

Other services follow their own privacy rules.

Links, SDKs, or integrations provided by third parties may appear in Swift Tunnel. Those third parties control their own privacy practices, and we recommend reading their policies before you use their services.

The service is not designed for children.

We do not intentionally collect personal information from children below the age set by applicable law. If you think a child has provided personal information to us, email hangaottc@gmail.com so we can take appropriate steps.

Privacy rights vary depending on where you live.

Your location may give you the right to access, correct, erase, export, restrict, or object to certain uses of personal information. When consent is the legal basis for processing, you may also have the right to withdraw it.

Where local privacy law applies, our legal grounds may include performing a contract, pursuing legitimate interests, obtaining consent, and meeting legal obligations.
